Through a building survey we can gather information about an existing property’s condition and make note of any concerns.

Zoning and entitlements

We’ll make sure your project is formally in line with all zoning regulations, planning code, and local laws and initiatives.

Permitting and documentation

This may include everything from formal presentations to review boards or informal negotiations with regulators, zoning administrators, fire marshals and the like.

Contract preparation

There are a lot of contracts required to get a building built. We’ll pull them together and make sure all required components are included, so everything runs smoothly.

Historic preservation

Rather than demolish a historic building, we can make modifications to adapt it to new use, preserving its character and your budget, too.

Construction administration

As your project manager, we’ll act as your representative during construction — conducting site visits and inspections to ensure your facility is being built as specified.
