Waller County Precinct 4 Courthouse Annex Building

Blueline was contracted by Waller County to design and spearhead construction oversight of a new 20,000 square-foot courthouse building. In addition to a 200 seat courtroom, the building also includes district clerks offices, tax offices, as well as, offices for Precinct 4 County Commissioner, Sheriff’s office substation, DPS and State Troopers office substation and associated ancillary spaces including file rooms, break rooms, showers, public and staff restrooms.
