The Community Foundation – Eastham House

Renovations to a historical home to house offices of the Community Foundation Eastham House. Project included reconfiguration of the interior and exterior spaces to provide handicap access to the building, accessible restroom and kitchenetter. Our staff assisted the owner in obtaining building permit and historical tax credits while bringing this beautiful building back to its former glory.
